Here is a thermometer gadget based on the sample speedometer included in NagVis 1.4.  This one creates thermometer bar graphs for each instance in a nagios object and will display the warning and critical levels on the graph.  It also attempts to scale the graph to fit the values of the perfdata and  to make the numbers displayable in the relatively small space of a gadget.
